Blizzard 09 Part Tres

Once again, our weatherpeople were spot-on and a big storm actually did hit our area. For us, 4-6" is a big deal! Also, snow in March is a big deal. NC is really on a roll this year!

Last night, my darling son gave me a break and let me sleep! He actually slept rather peaceful from midnight to 5:30 AM. I know this is a fluke, but flukes are good for recharging. He got up, ate, pooped, burped and passed back out, so I got another little stretch of sleep in. Since Devin was home, he got up with Lily and fed her breakfast and got her ready for some playtime in the snow.

Lily is lucky to have a cool Dad -- he dragged out some boating stuff (kneeboard and tube) to drag her down the street in. They also built a really cool snowman -- Lily put the buttons on all by herself :)



Then there was the snowball fight -- which Devin won by hitting Lily and Lily won by hitting my car
