Pumpkin Patch with German School

On Tuesday, instead of regular German class, we took a field trip instead to Hunter Farm to the pumpkin patch. It was misty and drizzly and everything was wet, but we still managed to have a great time. Lily loved being with her little friends and Colin just kind of took it all in. He wasn't quite sure what to make of the pumpkin patch. The one time I put him next to a goat, he cried.

The kids from German school -- this may be our last group picture. We got an email last night that the teachers were all resigning because of leadership changes. I have no idea what will happen next, but we LOVE out teachers and are not sure what the school will do without them. That is Lily's one big activity that does not involve me and she loves the autonomy. Also, it was a good time for me to do some grocery shopping. Ugh. Fingers crossed that something works out!
